Die Cast Tool LLC engineers use the latest CAD/CAM software coupled with high speed computers to create machining programs for all components of dies and molds. Cutter paths for mold cavities can be generated from customer furnished drawings or electronic database of many different formats.
Computerized Services
 Die Cast Tool uses Unigraphics NX5 CAD/CAM/CAE with 3-D solid modeling and 5 axis tool capabilities. All NC cutter paths are verified using CG tech Vericut software. We are on a technology refresh program that allows us to keep our software to the latest working versions available. Other Software includes Auto Cad 2000I and Master Cam V8.1 typically used for 2D components.
