Die Cast Tool LLC in Ohio has expert CNC and EDM precision machine shop services for complex or difficult to machine components that require very close tolerance machining. Our 20,000 square foot CNC machine Shop includes an array of precision machining equipment to help us handle jobs from 1-piece orders to small lot production. Complimenting our machine tools is an assortment of state of the art tooling, fixturing and programming capability to insure the fastest turn around possible.

Ikegai NB130P Horizontal Boring Mill with 5.125 Diameter Boring Spindle and table load of 10 tons. Travels XYZ 118" x 78" x 63" with 63" x 71" true 4th axis rotary table and spindle speed of 2500 RPM.
CNC Machinery
Makino MCB1210 Horizontal Machining Center XYZ travels 49" x 41" x 32". Table capacity = 6,600 lbs. Dual auto pallet changer, 120 tool changer, 15,000 RPM spindle with 1,000 PSI coolant through spindle. 4-axis capability. High speed machining of hardened steels utilizing shrink fit tooling for balance and accuracy. True multi axis cutting with linked "C" axis.
